Morgan Stanley Chairman/CEO James Gorman: '100 Percent Within Rules' For Facebook IPO

Speaking at a weekly strategy meeting that was webcast to employees, Morgan Stanley Chairman and Chief Executive Officer James Gorman addressed allegations of improper conduct prior to Facebook's initial public offering, saying that the company worked "100 percent within the rules." Menlo Park City Council Gives Thumbs Up To Facebook's Expansion Plans

The Menlo Park City Council voted unanimously to allow Facebook to expand its headquarters, which will allow the social network to triple its work force there, currently totaling around 2,200. Options Trading In Facebook Shares Begins On Day Stock Reaches New Low

Facebook shares reached a new low of $28.84 apiece Tuesday, the first day that options trading was allowed. Bloomberg reported that more than 200,000 puts, which give the right to sell Facebook shares, were traded Tuesday.
