Facebook and CNN Wednesday officially launched the I'm Voting application, which they initially announced in early July. I'm Voting, which was created by platform developer and digital marketing agency Tenthwave, enables Facebook users to commit to vote for and endorse specific candidates and issues, and their commitments will be displayed on their timelines, news feeds, and tickers. The great Facebook stock sale frenzy continues on with a report that Co-Founder Dustin Moskovitz unloaded 450,000 shares in the social network over the past three trading days, adding nearly $9 million to his coffers. Citadel Securities Urges SEC To Accept Nasdaq Facebook IPO Settlement Proposal
The $62 million settlement proposal by Nasdaq parent Nasdaq OMX Group to compensate firms affected by the technical issues that marred Facebook's initial public offering has at least one strong backer in Chicago-based hedge fund Citadel Securities. The website for cooking application iGrill normally gets about 70,000 visitors per month. Then Facebook Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg posted about it on his page.
