Heinz, Nokia Not Fans Of Facebook Storefront
People are doing just about everything nowadays through Facebook - except buying ketchup. Heinz has not been seeing the results it has hoped for through Facebook's storefront, and a marketing director spoke recently at a conference in London about how it's tough to sell through Facebook. Facebook Bug Sends Fake Offers From Pages
Sister blog Inside Facebook has the details on a Facebook bug that has been affecting its offers feature for pages. According to Inside Facebook, the bug has caused two issues pages sending offers that resulted in blank coupons for users trying to claim them, or page administrators not being able to post offers to their pages at all.
